my favorites are Starbucks Cafe Verona, Italian, Pike Place, and Yukon Blend.  I normally buy beans and grind it per day.  Caribou and Peets have some good beans too. For that matter I liked Hills Bros .

So many great roasters in this area right now, but Reanimator is my fave.

For mainstream, Peet's isn't bad.  Trader Joe's Sumatra is nice.  But here's the best kept secret: Aldi store brand.  They have a number of different blends and singles, never know what's on the shelf, but it's all very good and cheaper than the Maxwell house stuff at the grocery store.

Fresh ground, perc or press, never through paper.  Great tip on rice to clean the grinder!

When I have to buy a cup on the road, it's Wawa.  Or LaColombe, if there's one around.  If I have to, Starbucks.  Otherwise, I just don't.
