Popular Post jsharr ★ Posted July 18, 2019 Popular Post Share #1 Posted July 18, 2019 Bass sure are funny looking in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. He went on an 8 day vacation with a friend and his family. They went deep sea fishing today. Ryan caught the grouper. It will be dinner tonight I think. Bo, the golf shop owner that Ryan works for and whose family is on vacation caught the shark. He let Ryan help bring it in, It was released.

Maybe they snapped the pic as he was thinking about having to clean it.
Parr8hed Posted July 18, 2019 Share #5 Posted July 18, 2019 Nice shark! Is that a Mako? Also looks a little like a smaller Bull Shark? Nice size Grouper too. I've heard that the giant Groupers are illegal to bring out of the water. Those things are monsters.

I guess we will have to stick with @jsharr's classification as a "bitey" shark. 1

On a bitey scale of 1-11 a Mako is probably around 5 I would guess. (at least for humans). A Bull shark is probably 13.

The home they bought in Dallas was owned by this guy that owned the Texas Rangers. He and his dad were into politics of some sort. 41 and 43 I believe were their jersey numbers on the White House Softball team. Did I ever tell the story about when they remodeled the house and had a security system put in? Their security guy was installing a new system in the guest house by the pool and cut the old security system wiring. Within a very short period of time the place was swarming with local, state and federal law enforcement. Seems that when George W owned the house, George HW and Barabara would visit and stay in the quest house. The Secret Service had the place wired and monitored 24/7. When George W sold the place, the Secret Service never turned off the monitoring, so when the wire got cut, bells started ringing in Washington and all sorts of law enforcement showed up. Bo's mother in law said that one day Laura Bush showed up and asked if Bo's MIL would show her the house after all the remodeling they did! 3

If I'm going to have a cheap sea-side place it's going to have a 4 stall garage. And where's the pool? If I'm going to get wet I don't want salt involved. Definitely a hovel.

More of a soaking pool or hot tub I quess And who would build a kitchen island that only seats 5 comfortably. And only seating for two on the deck outside the third floor suite he is sleeping in.
