shootingstar Posted April 4, 2020 Share #1 Posted April 4, 2020 I was wondering why there were 2 corrections officers hanging around the wing where dearie had his heart stent..along with other patients today and several for pacemaker. The guy in resting in bed beside dearie's, was a prisoner that got his heart pacemaker.
JerrySTL ★ Posted April 4, 2020 Share #2 Posted April 4, 2020 WoJSTL has a doctor where she worked say that prisoners get better health care than many law-abiding citizens. She had patients from a nearby federal prison that were shackled to the bed and 24/7 guards watching them. Usually they were very good patients because they wanted to stay in the hospital as long as possible.

Allen ★ Posted April 4, 2020 Share #4 Posted April 4, 2020 There was someone handcuffed unconscious in the bed next to Pop’s when he was in Grady ICU. Never found out what he did, but there was always a cop in the waiting room.

He was allowed to rest and also be monitored frequently by hospital staff for next 4 hrs. in bed. We went home by taxi. His hand where they must have threaded the line... must rest for a few days without use. He must take blood thinner for next few months. (comes in pill form) So far, good, RG. I must be around to help him...he can't use his right hand for probably a wk. or so.
