Hunkering at home, strugglin' with earring

Recommended Posts

Since am working from home full-time, avoiding most people, I forget to put on my earrings for a few days.

This morning, spent over 5 min. trying to insert an earring:  punched earlobe hole was nearly closed up! I actually wondered who was going to repunch my earlobe during covid.

Thankfully wiggled earring through. Sorta freaked me and my lobe was abit red.

Sure, lst world concern...but it did bother me. I don't wear any jewellery anymore except for earrings.

I find it a bigger struggle when an earring gets caught in a mask..:frantics:I have learned to be careful when picking out earrings.

I don't want lose an earring when I take off a headband (to cover ears when cycling on very cold days) or carelessly take off mask.

I don't tend to wear earrings, but I was laughing last week when I went to the doctor, I really had to think about my "getting ready" routine which isn't so routine anymore.

More slackin' off, Kirby. Terrible. :flirtyeyess:

One thing for certain my teeth gums are healthier, I've been using a WaterPik daily since my last dental visit in spring.

And that nearly closed up pierced earlobe...it kinda freaked me that maybe I might have to jab myself abit to get earring wire thru...
