Ralphie ★ Posted March 12, 2022 Share #52 Posted March 12, 2022 Just now, maddmaxx said: Residence Inn for the win. Actually I haven't been to a Hampton in so long I sure hope they still exist. Near my workplace there is a bogus Budget Inn. I am amazed the lawyers haven;t come calling since it looks like a bad knockoff of the chain's sign.

I love Dijon mustard but French’s is probably 70% of the taste for 50% of the cost, so it is aboot a wash. Chock Full O’ Nuts decaf coffee in a bigass steel can is my go to coffee. Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express and perhaps a Marriot property are "go to" choice preferred. No go's are Motel 6, Days Inn, although I did stay in a surprising Travellodge outside the Everglades and would re-book. Avoid are the upper end Hilton, Holiday Inn, Sheraton, and other premium brands with an uppity view of themselves. To charge the premium price then add on Internet, parking, and even no free breakfast - competes with their restaurant - is an easy scratch off the list, particularly if a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express is on the same corporate owned property next door.
