That's really cool, I'd like to get into that maybe, but never have.

Seriously, my low back and hips are just fubar.  

I almost never have back pain anymore.  My right hip still hurts constantly but I feel like I am making progress.  My hip flexors are getting better.  But I can bend way over much easier.  Maybe after about 26 more months of this I'll be able to touch the floor?

I don’t do yoga but if I get lazy with my stretching my hammie’s & lower back get jacked as well. 

Sounds like great progress!

Yup..that is what I was thinking..trainer session and 1 weight workout (trainer session) at home, walking, and yoga..oh and the occasional bike session :blink:
