Square Wheels Posted August 8, 2016 Share #1 Posted August 8, 2016 This is my fifth time doing the ride for Angels. The first time was one of the shorter rides, either the 40 or more likely the 20. Then I did the 100 a few times, then last year I tried again with my wife, but we (she) had a little accident near the beginning (she's fine). This year I plan to ride the 100 again. Angel Flight is a great organization, please consider a generous donation. See this link for more info on Angel Flight. Use this link to donate. Please enter Cliff as the rider name, I'm the only one. Any amount is truly appreciated. If you prefer not to donate online, I also attached their form so you can mail in a donation, it will be credited to my account.2016 Ride for Angels Donation Forms.doc Thank you
Airehead Posted August 9, 2016 Share #2 Posted August 9, 2016 Mr. Aire and I agree this is a great cause. The pilots give much in the way of time and fuel and love. Under very special situations, a pilot may get some fuel costs reimbursed (with FAA agreement ) but it is rare. I'm checking with the Airedales to see if we have any biscuit money left.

Kirby Posted August 9, 2016 Share #4 Posted August 9, 2016 Luckily my cat can't eat biscuits, so I can take his biscuit money for the cause. But don't tell him, he might scratch me.

For New England, it is pretty flat. In the past I have seen tandems do it. Are you considering?

JerrySTL ★ Posted August 11, 2016 Share #7 Posted August 11, 2016 The check's in the mail. I would have used a credit card, but the connection wasn't secure according to my Chrome browser. It even warned me when I was typing in my credit card number.

Thanks, I thought they fixed that last year when I reported it to them. A bunch of you have donated, thank you very much!
