Razors Edge ★ Posted August 30, 2019 Share #1 Posted August 30, 2019 ...that would give this dopey "security question" app some challenges. Seriously, did @Dottie's peeps develop this stinky pile of sheot?
Prophet Zacharia Posted August 30, 2019 Share #2 Posted August 30, 2019 It doesn’t even let you answer in the form of a question.

Prophet Zacharia Posted August 30, 2019 Share #4 Posted August 30, 2019 I actually don’t know where my parents got married. They were living in Ithaca, NY, but my mother’s parents were living either in Dallas or Chicago at the time, and my mom’s mother had recently died... I’d have to answer “what is potato?”

I’d have to answer “what is potato?” I generally hate these stupid questions. Especially where spelling can come into play. An example would be "First car". So, VW Bug, Volkswagen Bug, Bug, Beetle, VW Beetle, whatever the heck you chose five years ago when you set up the dopey question. And it is one shot, so if you go VW Bug, and it was Volkswagen Bug, it is on to the next dopey question. A site should just use the two factor authentication. Jeebus, they have your email and phone numbers - USE THEM.

Dottleshead ★ Posted August 30, 2019 Share #7 Posted August 30, 2019 Personally, I'd like to see a single drop down menu here for every world city. Talk about curtains.

That might require some buffering, waiting, scrolling, more buffering, more scrolling, etc.
Prophet Zacharia Posted August 30, 2019 Share #9 Posted August 30, 2019 Haha! I just learned that my sister doesn’t know where my parents got married, either!
Longjohn ★ Posted August 30, 2019 Share #10 Posted August 30, 2019 My first car was a 1957 Opal Kadet or Opel Cadet or something like that. I don’t remember how it’s spelled now and I didn’t know how to spell it when asked that question. Stupid question. I think I just gave up on that site and never did get back in. I knew the password but they wanted to verify it was me.
JerrySTL ★ Posted August 31, 2019 Share #11 Posted August 31, 2019 I enter information that is not correct. If someone finds where my parents were married, it won't help them because my answer is wrong but I remember it.
