As they will saving money that way, I'm going to demand at least a 5% raise. Get the 15%! Or maybe the 5% but more paid vacation! Congrats either way. And if you aren't already, maximize the heck out of your retirement stuff. You should be in that "catch up contributions" territory, so if you aren't taking advantage of those, you can with that extra 5% (or 15%).
