That is pretty healthy eatin, if you wanta get fat you have to add about 5 maybe 6 hundred calories from Hostess cupcakes & donuts & chips & maybe a Snickers bar to tamp it all down.

Oh, and was it all down with a few classic cokes

She is not allowed Romaine lettuce because of the blood thinners so I have to use iceberg, that stuff is yucky.

Our local farm market has nice crisp pickling cukes 3 for a buck, so there are plenty to go around!  I will miss when that goes away for the winter. :(

Their tomahtoes are slightly more spensive, but they are damn good, close to home grown, not that grown for shipping crap that so many other farm markets have.
