WTF? :p At the beginning of this month, Accuweather's main page had a link to a story called, "Welcome to April, uh, we mean February. The Baltimore-Annapolis-D.C. area is expecting highs around 58° tomorrow (Thurs.) and call for highs in the 50's in 11 of the last 18 in February. I wonder when the Japanese Cherry Blossoms will bloom in D.C.? They bloom for two weeks and the earliest and latest peak bloom has been between Mar. 15 and Apr. 18, the bloom most strongly affected by the beginning of March weather. The National Cherry Blossom Festival is Mar. 20 - Apr. 12 this year.
