ChrisL Posted April 2, 2020 Share #2 Posted April 2, 2020 I did a workout this morning before work. Push up’s, bar dips, some shoulder & arm work with dumbbells. We’ll walk jack after work. My little knucklehead has actually become a good walking dog and can hang for 2.5 -3 mile walks now. He actually leads us, we don’t have to pull him along. Shit only took 5 years...
JerrySTL ★ Posted April 2, 2020 Share #3 Posted April 2, 2020 23 miles on the Schwinn Twinn tandem with WoJSTL. It's the fourth day in the row that we've ridden it. Windy but otherwise nice weather.

Razors Edge ★ Posted April 3, 2020 Share #7 Posted April 3, 2020 9 B-R-U-T-A-L miles into a gusting headwind with crap flying everywhere - pollen, dust, petals, whatever - and making me have to ride with a constant squint Turned around and rode 9 miles back with a NICE tailwind! Didn't want to be knocked off the bike, so a short ride was all I felt good doing. Wind is still crazy today. Maybe tomorrow is a ride my age day? The north is closed so I rode to the south entrance and then turned around. We are trying to figure out if you can ride to the north. It's unclear if you can ride to Kelly or Moose. From Moose to the north everything is closed.
Razors Edge ★ Posted April 3, 2020 Share #9 Posted April 3, 2020 We also took a great hike! Pictures don't do it justice, but the bluebells were out en masse! So many. We even took the tree bridge to an island in the Potomac carpeted fully in them.
az_cyclist Posted April 3, 2020 Share #10 Posted April 3, 2020 49 miles. It was a group ride, but, only 5 of us and we maintained the 6 ft for social distance.
