Kinda like owing a boat, best days are first and last. I ate my favorite meals from my favorite restaurants. Didn’t even look at the beach. My sister and I bought it about 20 years ago for our mother. It was a family vacation spot until the folks became too frail for the trip. We then put it up as a year round furnished rental, but dealing with a rental 5 hours away is 4 hours too many. The complex also just went through a renovation and the new HOA is...bothersome.
