What was the longest you have gone without beating?

I didn't beat yesterday at all.  I may not beat today, either.  By not beating, I mean nothing but essential touching for the purpose of using the bathroom or washing up in the shower.

In 1999, I went without beating for four days.  I was living in Charlotte, and it was Thanksgiving and I did not go to Ohio for the holiday.  I had nothing to do, so I decided that I wouldn't beat until Sunday night, which would be exactly 96 hours.  So I did.

What was the longest you have gone without any self-stimulation other than that most basic bathroom break?
