It was two hours of pain, and a tiny payout of 15 minutes of descending,if that. Training is pain. And staying fast is great pain.

groupw Posted November 23, 2017 Share #5 Posted November 23, 2017 Ran 2 miles on the treadmill then 30 minutes of weights. Turkey Day run in the morning so just enough to shake the “bleh!” Out of the legs.
Longjohn ★ Posted November 23, 2017 Share #6 Posted November 23, 2017 I’m still running a mile on the dreadmill each morning and two miles or so on the hand bike. My therapist keeps turning up the resistance on thing and I’m determined to get in at least two miles in ten minutes. She has it on level six now. My shoulder is feeling strong. Five miles on the stationary bike and five laps in the pool. With the free weights is the only time I still know that shoulder still has a ways to go. I need a shirt that says “I had rotator cuff surgery 10/28/2017” so when people see me working out with girlie weights they won’t judge. Lol 1

Wilbur ★ Posted November 23, 2017 Share #10 Posted November 23, 2017 I ran up and down 20 flights of stairs because the hotel gym is pathetic. Been using body weight and resistance bands in the room. Tough place to spend a month. Bill Marriott is getting an email on this one.
