If someone wants to build a crane like the one made of Legos with those Meccano doodads, go for it! They can be in the OVER-achiever category. Sadly, right now this place is filled with the underachievers. I had Erector sets as a kid, and that stuff is pricey these days. Makes Legos seem cheap - which they are not even remotely cheap.
