Popular Post Kirby Posted July 18, 2018 Popular Post Share #1 Posted July 18, 2018 So I was late leaving for work this morning - in part because I had been calling the electrician and in part because I had to go to the vet's office to get something for my cat and they didn't open until 9. This made me feel a little rushed. I got to the car, and wasn't sure if I'd turned off one of the appliances, so I went to check. This made me feel safe. When I got back to the car, I heard an odd noise. This made me feel unnerved. Then something swooped at my head and I felt nervous. I thought it might be a bat which made me very upset. But I saw it was a little bird which made me slightly less upset. But I had to leave and the bird was still in the garage which made me perplexed. The poor bird would fly to the back wall and flap frantically. This made me sad. I tried to shoo the bird to the open door, but it kept flying into the crevice between the garage door and the ceiling. When I tried to get it out of there, it flew back to the wall and flapped frantically. This made me sad, but also a bit annoyed. This went on for some time, which made me feel rushed because I had to get to the vet. Eventually I was able to put some brooms blocking the area above the garage door, and the bird flew outside. This made me feel relieved and happy. The End. 4
AirwickWithCheese Posted July 18, 2018 Share #2 Posted July 18, 2018 This story lacks depth and intrigue. I need to know more about the bird's family and the trip to the vet. Did you not stop for a soft cone? 1

Parr8hed Posted July 19, 2018 Share #4 Posted July 19, 2018 Sandy would have been happy to help you with your bird problem. She is good at that. Charlie would have barked at it for you.

Razors Edge ★ Posted July 19, 2018 Share #6 Posted July 19, 2018 WTF was the cat doing during all of this???? Is your cat broken and hence the vet visit? That cat needs to work on its bird game. Tom

He lived as a feral for the first year of his life, but he's 18 years old now and wouldn't do well as an outdoor kitty.
