Razors Edge ★ Posted February 26, 2020 Share #1 Posted February 26, 2020 Seems like delivery folks no longer ring doorbells when they make a delivery at home anymore. On one level, that's nice as it doesn't get the pup all worked up, but on the other, it seems lazy!

Bikeguy Posted February 26, 2020 Share #4 Posted February 26, 2020 Anyone automatically rings my doorbell, when they walk/drive down my 150' driveway. I have a wireless motion sensor for that near the entrance for the driveway. When they get to the front door, they don't ring the doorbell, They just leave the package. Or I answer the door and take the package from them.

That guy needs to get a pick up to hang those on.
12string Posted February 26, 2020 Share #7 Posted February 26, 2020 My wife works right down the street from the house, so they just deliver our stuff there. Got my coffee delivered yesterday. Except, oops, it was a cup and a packing slip for Aaron. I guess Aaron got my coffee. They are reshipping today, I get to keep the cup!
groupw Posted February 26, 2020 Share #8 Posted February 26, 2020 Our former UPS guy also had the route where I work. If the weather was bad, he would deliver my packages to the store instead. He retired and they changed the routes. Don't have that option anymore. We have had a couple muffled knocks or a doorbell and by the time we get to the door, they are halfway down the block!
