late Posted January 13, 2019 Share #6 Posted January 13, 2019 My shoulder therapy exercises are morphing into an upper body workout. Which means I need to squeeze in some core exercises. At the moment I am alternating walking on the treadmill with arm work, with an occasional day off, like yesterday. The weight in that vest won't help much without an incline.
