2Far Posted April 18, 2019 Share #1 Posted April 18, 2019 Nooner Felt kinda meh, prolly b/c it's the 3rd day in a row. 20 minutes on the elliptical. 7 sets of flyes; 7 sets of machine abs. AKA: Build the pecs, narrow the gut waist, not look like my age.
12string Posted April 18, 2019 Share #2 Posted April 18, 2019 got in the pool late, only got in part of my workout. Ribs felt better finally, but I was still slow. Instead of a lunchtime workout I stood n line at the candy store. Does that count for anything?
late Posted April 18, 2019 Share #3 Posted April 18, 2019 Today was an arm day. I have a TRX, it's just a several feet long strap with handles, for bodyweight exercises. I do a couple exercises with it now, which is real progress. On the negative side, I've iced my left shoulder once already, and I am going to have to do it again, but icier. https://www.trxtraining.com/

Further Posted April 19, 2019 Share #6 Posted April 19, 2019 Walked & joggled about for a few miles. Trying to run the uphills. Have lost 15 pounds in the 6 weeks since I stopped drinking beer. 2
