By the children being in a car that was shot at, seeing their mother arrested, having to lay down on the pavement with gun waving cops over them because of the stupidity of their mother (and older brother). She was arrested and no one was hurt....not a poor ending. As for the kids.....she's a moron and endangered them. They should be taken away from her....and the cops have it all on film. There was no imminent threat to the officers at the point he fired, even if doing so to hit the tires. Read that the officer was fired for shooting as he did.
