mr. gave me a Garmin Forerunner for an anniversary present. It’s periwinkle blue. The sleep tracker on the app includes movement, along with quality of sleep. I dreamt a lot last night. Over an hour.

I’ve been wearing a Fitbit or Bella tracker for years. But neither could track using gps for a bike ride or track calories.

I just bought WoJSTL a Fitbit Iconic which is Fitbit's only GPS device. I tried to get her to switch to a Garmin product, but she likes to tracks steps with some friends on the Fitbit app on her phone.

Now you can get the Garmin app and keep a history.  I have a Garmin Vivo Active watch.  I put a mount on the handlebars but I really don't need it as it's just as easy to glance at my wrist.

I don't know if it's me or if my Garmin is missing that high level of stress function.  

I do have to go out later to get a spare tank of propane for the grill so I don't run out this year however so we will see.
