A friend's parents lived near one of the Heinz processing plants...one could smell the procsssing ...I've stayed overnight several times before she sold the house after both parents died. Rather interesting, to see the whole truck convoy of trucks with tomatoes line up at the processing plant. No one at our home is a ketchup fan. We have never haveat home. I grew up with a bit of ketchup. Then when I lived on my own, I never stocked it at home. Just wasn't interested. But sure, I like siracha /hot sauce.
