Popular Post UglyBob Posted October 31, 2020 Popular Post Share #1 Posted October 31, 2020 Last week I bought my brother's Jeep. I wanted something to tow behind the motor home when we go out boondocking. There are a ton of backroads and Jeep trails to explore in Arizona. I still have to sand it down, put the fender flairs back on, and shoot some primer on, but mechanically the the thing is almost perfect. It's 1976 CJ7 with only 63000 original miles on it. The straight-6 under the hood starts and runs like new. My brother custom built the front bumper, put the winch on., and set it up for a tow bar. I plan to have a lot of fun and get in massive amounts of trouble with this thing. 7 5

Razors Edge ★ Posted October 31, 2020 Share #3 Posted October 31, 2020 AWESOME! A perfect "just get out and explore" sort of vehicle. Likely "user serviceable" as well.

JerrySTL ★ Posted October 31, 2020 Share #7 Posted October 31, 2020 Does it have a generator or alternator?

Come to think of it, the Jeep was a red CJ7. Guess I know what color I need to paint this thing.
