Chris... Posted September 13, 2014 Share #1 Posted September 13, 2014 The newly discovered queen live album is awesome. 1974, when queen were still a heavy rock progressive band. Freddie sounds amazing. Check out this video on YouTube:

team scooter Posted September 13, 2014 Share #3 Posted September 13, 2014 I loved the early Queen stuff. When I was a youngin, I used to fall asleep at night listening to Night At The Opera on my headphones. Turned up to eleven, of course.
TrentonMakes Posted September 13, 2014 Share #4 Posted September 13, 2014 I had a copy of Queen's Greatest Hits on cassette (and I think I still have it). It may have been played more than any other cassette I ever had. That comp is pretty heavy on newer stuff but I always loved this one.
Thaddeus Kosciuszko Posted September 13, 2014 Share #5 Posted September 13, 2014 Freddie sounds amazing. Check out this video on YouTube: I think it might need a little more cowbell in a few places.

Chris... Posted September 14, 2014 Author Share #10 Posted September 14, 2014 Sorry to say I didn't. I wasn't much of a concert goer when I was young. One of my few regrets.

I have no clue what his education level is....I know Tom Sholz (Boston) has a masters in EE and I believe holds the patent on Mosfit valves. Square Wheels Posted September 15, 2014 Share #16 Posted September 15, 2014 Wikipedia knows everything: From 1970 to 1974, he studied for a PhD degree at Imperial College, studying reflected light from interplanetary dust and the velocity of dust in the plane of the Solar System.
