I woke up around 12:30...and fell back asleep around 3 ...not to excited about anything this morning.

For some strange reason I slept till 6am.  Damn, a whole 3 hours wasted.

I've been waking up later than my usual 6 am with no alarm clock lately, so when I woke up around 4 am today - and hungry - I decided to wait until 6 am for breakfast.  So I watched TV and fell back to sleep in my recliner, waking at 8 am.  I'm cursed!

I get too tired in the evening if I get up before seven. I’ll wake up and see it is 4:30 and roll over and go back to sleep. I usually wake up around 6:45, close enough.
