bikeman564™ Posted December 29, 2014 Share #1 Posted December 29, 2014 to agree w/ a post any more? Or has the like button done away w/ it. However I don't see +1 on the LF either.

Ralphie ★ Posted December 29, 2014 Share #5 Posted December 29, 2014 I use N + 1 quite a bit. Maybe someday there will be a button for that.
KrAzY Posted December 29, 2014 Share #6 Posted December 29, 2014 +1 was taken down by -3 because -3 is better then +2, other then N+1 and N-1 +1 is not as good as +2

KrAzY Posted December 29, 2014 Share #9 Posted December 29, 2014 So all those math classes have not been for naught. I do not remember anything from math class... I do remember mindless rambling that let me pass the class and talk the teacher into giving me a passing grade though.
UglyBob Posted December 29, 2014 Share #10 Posted December 29, 2014 So all those math classes have not been for naught. I'm sorry, but N-1 is never an acceptable answer. In my house that's an imaginary number.

Thats your house, but looks at BoSox... it is always N+1, and then Wreck leading to N-1, and then to N+1 again.

az_cyclist Posted December 29, 2014 Share #13 Posted December 29, 2014 Does N+1 count if you convert a bike?
Road Runner Posted December 29, 2014 Share #14 Posted December 29, 2014 I prefer the like button. The +1 was just a way of liking with the added benefit of running up your post count. I've noticed that when the post count goes away like it has on the LF, the +1's pretty much go away too.
UglyBob Posted December 29, 2014 Share #15 Posted December 29, 2014 Does N+1 count if you convert a bike? I'm thinking that's more of a transitive function. B)

I've noticed that when the post count goes away like it has on the LF, the +1's pretty much go away too. I think the +1 was a good example of American ingenuity - improvising an ersatz Like button for the extreme frontier conditions when we had to do without such basic staples - sort of like Washington;s soldiers without shoes in the frigid winter at Valley Forge. (For post-count whoring, there was also and ( ))
