I added horseradish to my Edamame (hummus) dip

It’s the equivalent of making “queso” from queso. And then someone says they have a recipe for a vegan creamy cashew “queso.”

Cashews don’t become queso when we frappe them with coconut milk and turmeric.

Hot-diggity!  A great idea.. it would surprise any guests. 

If it is endamame used in dip, another experiment is wasabi ..if one buys in tube or mixes the powder first into wasabit (tiny) lump first.  Just sayin' since sometimes it's hard to find a real horseradish root or one has to buy horseradish mustard.
