Great, it's only mid-September and now the Forum's store of punctuation is all used up   What are we going to do if something really exciting happens   I'm having to punctuate my sentences with emojis

That's sort of just a Lose-Win situation.  Mosey suggests a good alternative - borrow from the future and let those suckers worry about it - so I suggest that you go with both emojis AND exclamation points, plus LOTS OF CAPITALIZATION to add emphasis.

Go easy on bold, italics, and underlining, though.
