Popular Post Parsnip Totin Jack ★ Posted March 2 Popular Post Share #1 Posted March 2 Recently passed away. He was 69. When I applied for an office job he was the first person I met outside of HR. We worked together, not closely, but we knew each other for 31 years. His step-son, Chris Warren played kick returner and running back for Seattle Seahawks and Dallas Cowboys. He was a friend of mine. 3

BuffJim Posted March 3 Share #5 Posted March 3 We had black neighbors Tyrone and Michael move into our neighborhood when I was about 9. Michael was my age and Tyrone was 2 years older, my brother’s age. They were great athletes and we couldn’t keep up with them in baseball, football and basketball. Lost track of them, last I heard Tyrone got into West Point and Michael got into the Naval Academy. After a few years of the Facebook era, I saw my brother made friends with Tyrone. I looked up his profile, and lo and behold he’d been working with me for 3 years. I never saw him. We renewed our friendship as co-workers until he retired a few years ago.
