Last night I steamed a 1.5# lobster and made lobster salad. Chopped a mango, jalapeño, some habanero, red onion, salt, thyme, allspice and lime juice to make a habanero mango salsa. Lobster roll on French bread, salsa and chips on the side. Good lunch! What you got?

 I slow cooked a pork shoulder a couple of days ago.  I seasoned it but didn't add any bbq to the crock pot, just the individual servings for pulled pork. The leftovers then got drizzeled with cholula sauce, cheese and served over fat free refried beans.  It was tasty!  Kinda likens carnitas burrito without the tortilla.
