Popular Post smudge ★ Posted November 8, 2017 Popular Post Share #1 Posted November 8, 2017 Holy crap it's cold out there!! Low 30's and a headwind on the way back. Just 14.7 miles, but I'm still beat! And still trying to warm up! I DID start out with warm tea... And I picked up a warm pasty with about 3 miles to go... It wasn't a favorite, but I had no problem eatin' it up!
Longjohn ★ Posted November 8, 2017 Share #2 Posted November 8, 2017 It started out 28 degrees this morning. Now the sun is out and it’s 48 degrees. Perfect riding weather but you won’t let me ride.

roadiejorge Posted November 9, 2017 Share #8 Posted November 9, 2017 23 miles this morning. It's nice being back on the bike and interesting how climbing has become a threshold and above effort.

Dirtyhip Posted November 9, 2017 Share #10 Posted November 9, 2017 You're a badass. I stayed in, but I did get a good gym workout. It was a good one. Massively high intensity with lots of sweating, some weights and some core as well. Had plans to take personal time for some miles and it just didn't happen. LAME! You're my Shero. I put a sensor on my back wheel so the miles on my trainer would count. They don’t show up on Strava though.

There's a button on the ride screen where you can mark it as a trainer session but I don't think that's the problem.

groupw Posted November 9, 2017 Share #15 Posted November 9, 2017 Ran 2.7 on the hamsterwheel in 25 minutes. Planned to run 30, but the legs said no. No big races for a while so I listened. Did 30 minutes on the weights after.
