MickinMD ★ Posted March 1, 2021 Share #5 Posted March 1, 2021 Accuweather says it's coming in like a lamb - and going out that way, but a forecast more than a couple days in advance is a guess at this time of year in my location. By April, if it snows the ground's too warm for it to stick. Of course, that's rainy season. When I coached high school softball, we seldom had time to run a good practice on an actual field after the middle of April and in May because we were always making up rained-out games. We did decent practices during rains in the gym with hitting and pitching inside big nets, but fielding and base running were very limited.
