maddmaxx ★ Posted April 16 Share #4 Posted April 16 Don't care. They are a condiment. It's like asking about the nutritional value of mustard.
maddmaxx ★ Posted April 16 Share #5 Posted April 16 I do like them though. They go well with lots of things like grilled cheese sandwiches, hamburgers, etc.

Ralphie ★ Posted April 16 Share #7 Posted April 16 I am more of a raw jalapeño guy. Love the crunch. But pickled definitely was the high point of Taco Bell

I’m guessing it’s in the pickling liquids. The pickles I eat have far less carbs.

A few slices has a negligible amount of carbs. Especially if combined with vegetables and protein, like a chicken salad or a relish to top whitefish.

A teaspoonful makes a better garnish on a hot dog than relish does.

My jar from the store is about a cup and I probably get 20 servings out of it. 1

But to put it in perspective, my current food plan only allows 30 grams of carbs a day so a cup of those jalapeños would almost be 1/2 of my daily carbs.
