Funny, but I actually know a guy who juggles with a bike. He doesn't actually juggle the bike, he juggles tennis racquets while balancing the bike on his face. If you just want to see the bike routine, skip ahead to about the 6 minute mark, but you really should watch the whole thing. FYI: this is the guy who taught me to juggle bowling balls. He does a kick-up start where he puts the ball between his feet and the launches it to one side to start the pattern. He juggles it with a manchette and an apple. I eventually upped the difficulty of the trick by doing it with three 13 pound balls and launched the one between my feet over my head instead of to the side to start the pattern. As far as I know, I'm still the only one to ever perfect that trick.
