Treadmill..AM and PM..Monday, also Mahjong Monday night..Tuesday & Thursday I have my dermatology appointments..and my trainer..Thursday night.

Going to keep at my treadmill in my down time..and try to track my food a bit better...holiday recovery

starting to work on building a greenhouse for the wife, and if I get time, working on a gas fire pit on our patio. 
All that around working our business that has a few orders to still get out for Christmas

I’m going to pay all the hospital bills my insurance says I do not owe. I’m tired of getting the bills. There is one for my wife and I called the hospital and talked to them and they said I don’t have to pay it, they should have billed hospice. I told them if they would have sent the first bill sooner than four months after she died she had insurance that would have paid it. After they told me not to pay it they sent another bill.

Except for a 2 day cold water immersion thing, our training days are done until after Christmas.  The next three weeks till Christmas will be mostly at my desk doing admin stuff

I want to try to paint a sort of scale race car body a little bit at a time so as to keep the fumes away from youngest son.  Very thin coats might do it.  First the "Ohio George" scale body for the gasser (Jumpin Jack) and later the GTO "Da Judge" for the outlaw.  After getting the new battery charger set up it will be on to the wintertime efforts on the plastic model bench.
