What's funny is I was swapping on a different set of bottle cages since I broke the current ones. This temporary set is definitely heavier. Better Bolts I believe it is? Yes, better bolts👍. I bought plain Ti for my rotors, and black for the calipers. The oil slick was the only size available for my stem cap.
