5/15 miles & such

I got a session in with my trainer..and 4 young women..the oldest 15..the youngest probably 13...I was invited to show them that you can be fit at any age..and for them to see that I put a lot into my workouts...Arm did pretty good...he tossed in some ab stuff that was new to me....and one of those damn kids had my medicine ball for dead bugs...I ended up with a 18 pounder. :frantics: It wasn't too hard..cos they ran for about 20 minutes of the session..where as I "warm up" before my 5:30 appointment with 5 to 15 minutes on the bike...and we do an entire hour workout...the kids run for 15 or 20 minutes of their 1 hour session and then do various other things.

First work out since last Thursday!
