Loupa's chicken is not cheap but it is very good. We also have several excellent pulled pork and brisket trucks here. So what do we need for a good food truck? We do have them, but not something I'm actively looking out for. For money paying for food dishes these days, it's nice to include and sit in a comfy chair with table if possible.
