Yep.  The first train appears to just graze the truck but turns it enough so as to face the second train, which also appears to be traveling faster that the first train.

The next truck on the road behind the first is also jacknifing while trying to stop.  Truck drivers are not paid to use the brake pedal, assuming the brakes even work.

true, but not all crossings have them.
