I got back from the gym this morning and made a pot of coffee and relaxed for a bit before I go for a bike ride and now I feel guilty that I still have a crapton of beets in the garden that I need to use. I think I'm going to ride anyway and maybe I'll get home in time to start on some beets. They are so perfect and beautiful I hate to not use them but I already have a bunch in the freezer. Everything in the garden above ground froze and is done, well not everything I still have beautiful Kale that I'm not going to use and it seems to resist the frost quite well.
