Dirtyhip Posted January 29, 2018 Share #5 Posted January 29, 2018 Normal commute of 5 Gym work, easy elliptical (tired from yesterday's performance on the bike), Weights for arms and back. Pull ups with the purple band. Topped my plank record @ 3:30. I almost fell as I tried to set the bands on the pull up bar. Project Badass caught me from falling into some weights. ChrisL Posted January 30, 2018 Share #11 Posted January 30, 2018 Gym bike workout. 10 min warm up, 5 X 2 minute intervals with 1 min rest in between and 5 minutes steady state at about hill climb effort then 5 minute cool down.
