Normal commute of 5

Gym work, easy elliptical (tired from yesterday's performance on the bike), Weights for arms and back.  Pull ups with the purple band.  Topped my plank record @ 3:30. 

I almost fell as I tried to set the bands on the pull up bar.  Project Badass caught me from falling into some weights.  Glad she was there.  The step thing slipped out from my feet.
