It was raining with a dark sky when I picked up my granddaughter and her bike. We headed to the trail about 45 minute drive. It was still raining when we got there but just sprinkling. There is a picnic shelter at the trailhead so we took our lunches over to the shelter and had lunch. Not sure what the trigger is here. Mine are processed deli meats and aspertame and I have not had much of either lately. Costs less than a dollar a month, and voila, no more gout pain. MickinMD ★ Posted July 14, 2017 Share #18 Posted July 14, 2017 Almost Friday! Today I have two more weeks to put my arm in a sling whenever I'm outside or going to sleep. But on Friday I'll have LESS than two weeks. That sounds a lot better!
