His wife has been wintering there this year, he has been working at home and visiting some weekends. We’re going to go check out the place. Tizeye Posted January 24, 2020 Share #5 Posted January 24, 2020 I was planning on visiting relatives in hospital/nursing home - mother in Tampa, sister-in-law in Ft Pierce. Then I was prescribed some medication that apparently lowers the immune system. Reading the directions on way home from pharmacy "This medication may lower your ability to fight off infections. Avoid contact with people who have contagious diseases". Did a U-turn back to Walgreens to talk to the pharmacist. While neither of them have contagious diseases, it is the Hospital/nursing home/extended care environment. It is a 6 day regimen, so told my sister that I won't be able to make the trip for a few days and wasn't avoiding mom. Both sisters live closer to Tampa anyway..
