MickinMD ★ Posted April 7, 2020 Share #1 Posted April 7, 2020 This ad ran on Groupon today: buy an acre of Mars for $15 - marked down from $35 - AND ALL 10,000+ ACRES SOLD OUT! Of course, the people selling it have no ownership and no more right to do it than the people who were naming stars after you for money a few years back had a right to do it - even if they did store your name on a list in vault in Texas. JerrySTL ★ Posted April 7, 2020 Share #2 Posted April 7, 2020 That would go well with the star that I named for my wife.
Tizeye Posted April 7, 2020 Share #3 Posted April 7, 2020 But it is on Groupon so it must be legit. Plus mine is down to $12! I guess all the swampland in Florida was gone. The funny part is to read the comments. https://www.groupon.com/deals/buy-planet-mars-1?p=4&utm_source=channel_occasions_im&utm_medium=email&t_division=orlando&date=20200401&uu=82389ac6-4079-11e2-a494-00259060b59c&CID=US&tx=0&s=body&c=image&d=deal-page&utm_campaign=99babc1a-3219-4601-bb39-8cc52caf6634_0_20200401
Further Posted April 7, 2020 Share #4 Posted April 7, 2020 Selling property on Mars is a pretty good scam, but collecting taxes on the property is really the gift hat keeps giving 1
Tizeye Posted April 7, 2020 Share #5 Posted April 7, 2020 Dang, it's sold out and I missed it. Guess will have to wait, but would prefer something closer. Perhaps something like a weekend retreat cottage on the moon.
maddmaxx ★ Posted April 7, 2020 Share #6 Posted April 7, 2020 This was very silly. Land on Mars isn't for sale. There are some bridges on Mars that you can purchase however. 2
bikeman564™ Posted April 7, 2020 Share #7 Posted April 7, 2020 Of course the land is cheap but you'll go broke having building materials shipped there.
