What do you do with Swiss Chard?

We have an organic farm-share and chard season has already begun.  Once I added some to a rice pilaf but I almost always just saute it - I chop the stems and start them first with some onions and garlic (or garlic scapes - we get a lot of those too).  Maybe a little balsamic when it's done.

I love the stuff; but it's a fair bit of work for a pretty small return (i.e. enough for my wife and me).

I've juiced it once....other than that, I don't think I've ever done anything with it.

That's the first step in composting it.  Put it in the juicer and juice it real good.  Then throw the juicer and the chard both in the compost pile.

I was going to suggest maybe just using one of those oatmeal recipes where the last step is to throw away the oatmeal.
