Forum meetup tonight. RG is coming to town. Saturday, work at LBS until 3 then attend a pre-wedding party at a local brewery. One of my riding friends is getting married in November. Sunday, show RG some sights, cook some good food and meet a realtor at 5 to look at a condo Wo7 wants me to look at. That's all I know for now.

Sunofabitch for now, don't have descretionable income to replace it. I can probably patch it somehow but the little f'er tore a 9" long hole to get a 4" cliff bar out. Good news is he bought the farm a while ago. My wife saw him and I set several traps and nailed his ass. My neighbor said he saw signs of them in his garage, set traps and nailed 2. We haven't seen any since.

Just got back..didn't quite finish the park climb to Carlton peak..turned around where the park trail met the Superior Hiking Trail..IFY there is trail run up here this weekend..there was a couple running today..but tomorrow they do a 50 miler and a marathon. Running is EVIL. Here are some more pics @Thaddeus Kosciuszko may need to be restrained.

Let me wax poetical about Lake Ontario. I live about 15 miles from there and occasionally take the drive to peek out at the big lake. If the timing is right, it can be an incredible place to watch a thunderstorm. I also enjoy going for walks at Fort Niagara, which is at the mouth of Niagara River where it empties into Lake Ontario. Zackny, Wilbur, RattleCan, Airehead, Couch and Tude all live near the Lake, and FROS isn't too far off.

Thank you. You are always so insightful. Despite you guys acting like a bunch of fools most the time, this forum is loaded with intelligent and talented people. I really like this place. We had fully planned on a crawlspace. In regards to the Salmon Creek access, the subdivision has deeded access points to the water. Some of the lots with easements are going to be a big challenge to build on. Maybe, I don't have contractor vision, but they seem like you could only fit a single car garage and a little house like mine on those lots. Forget about a carport. In regards to the basement, we don't need it, don't want it, don't want to incur the cement cost.
