I was unable to settle into a comfortable spot..I don't think over use..I used my sling in the procession, had a pillow for the 400 scripture readings (ok..7 I think)..and I used my right arm to swing ribbons I just think as things improve my body wants to return to side or tummy sleeping over back...and that can get painful

Don't put anything in writing or in conversation that acknowledges any disagreements between others or discusses any personalities. It will all come back to haunt you!! Don't discuss other board members. If she corners you to discuss, vaguely say " I never noticed that but I always so busy it's hard to focus on anything besides my own stuff" Mention your own PT and other work/medical stuff and scurry away as quickly as possible. With people like this, nothing you do will actually accomplish anything so just avoid being caught in their drama.

Happy Easter! I felt unusually tired Sat. nite and decided to wait until this Easter morning to cook the sauce and noodles and assemble my 10 lb lasagna. It wowed everyone at Christmas - my homemade sauce and Italian sausage were the key things - and I was asked to make it again for Easter to go with the ham and other stuff the extended family is bringing to the meal. I did canning for the first time last Fall and followed a spaghetti sauce recipe my sister found that makes killer sauce where Worcestershire and Soy sauces make it great. I made the sauce too thick, so I have to dilute the quart of sauce with a 15 oz can of tomato sauce and it's still great. Anyway, I need that much for my lasagna recipe. It's now assembled and I'll let it sit out, covered, at room temp for a couple hours to promote the sauce soaking into the noodles, then take it to my brother's house and bake it. The sauce is 1 lb meatloaf mix (beef, pork, veal), 1 lb uncased mild Italian sausage, a 6 oz. red bell pepper, a 10 oz onion, 1 quart of my homemade, canned spaghetti sauce that I made too thick plus a 15 oz. can of tomato sauces to thin it out, and some garlic powder and dry Italian seasoning. 24 oz cottage cheese, 16 oz mozzarella, and about 4 oz of Parmesan are the cheeses. The noodles are Dreamfield's high-fiber noodles. They're made the right size: three of them cover the entire 9.5" x 13" lasagna pan and there are 15 to the pound, so 4 full layers plus a top layer barely fit into 3" high Blue Granite lasagna pan.

Easter baskets and Christmas stockings continued until my mom died at a certain age...I'm thinking 7th or 8th grade..I started filling a stocking and basket for my mom...I must say candy was part of our baskets..but not the entire basket..as a child..a kids garden set, toy boats, and a watering can..oh and absolutely a stuffed bunny were among some of the items the bunny hid..as a teen, a trendy perfume. A 45 ( that's a single song for you young punks..not a weapon)..a yo-yo when they made a comeback..I liked white chocolate bunnies and when they came out..pastel peanut m&m's....my momma always got a bag of black jelly beans

So the WoK made an order on the Walmart site. She picked out a bunch of food and snacks. Mostly snacks and junk food because why the hell not. At 4pm we got notified the stuff was dropped at our door, I go and bring it in and start looking through it. 1/4 of the order was ours, and the rest was for someone else.. well now I’m pissed cause I wanted junk food, and we got organic stuff. I’m not mad about the pork chops or the filet mignon. But damn it.. I want my pretzels! all in all I’m betting the other person is pissed off at their new junk food order. Tonight I eat steak!

I would like to state that this is not a parody, it is just a coincidence that I feel like a steak. I won't probably get a steak for the foreseeable future, I am more likely to have an orange or something entirely unlike a steak.

I’m 3 weeks into my regimen of getting up earlier to read(20 minutes) stretch/calisthenics (10 minutes) Bible reading (10 minutes) and prayer (15 minutes). Walking and other exercise comes at lunch and evening. Trying for 3 gym visits a week.

I felt deceived about the Easter bunny, but I sucked it up for the candy. I miss getting Easter baskets, maybe I will buy some half-price supplies and make one for myself tomorrow.

Well brunch...the scone & tea were breakfast. Luckily the LGS was open..I ran over for hashbrowns and turkey sausage..and as long as I was there radishes, mushrooms and the drug of choice that I need to quit again..a diet coke. eggs, hashbrowns and turkey sausage should keep me til 5pm easter dinner.

Why all the hate for the poor horse? It is an innocent victim here.

Tude and I are going to the local ball park. She already bought me a t-shirt. I'm currently wearing the t-shirt because it's a nice t-shirt. Couch

We had a tradition of blowing eggs out of the shell..and painting the shell and hanging it by ribbon or pipe cleaners on a branch..if mother nature cooperated..the branch had buds on it..it started out of a woman's magazine as a kids activity..but my mom had this unknown ( to me and my sister) artistic talent..some years she managed to find the time to make my sister and I each an egg..and maybe one or two others..one year she painted 4 or 5 bird eggs..Cardinal, Blue Jay, Goldfinch... I carried that on for a few years with my church friends..a egg for the year and maybe a handful of candy...

Guys are only required to know about eight colors. Any mixture of red and blue I call purple. Esther used to have a lot of colors I didn’t know. Mauve, puce, lavender, beige, etc. If a guy uses those names for colors people will think he’s gay.

Our weather is swinging warm again so walking is absolutely on the calendar..and because I am no longer confined to a sling..wearing a jacket will be easier when necessary Plan to tweak the diet a bit more and lose the diet coke as soon as my sleep pain cycle improves...it is coming...slow and steady Watch your back @Dottleshead..I'm setting some goals

BuffCarla and I booked a one night trip to NOTL for my birthday later in April. Haven’t been to the Canadian side since Covid began.
