MoseySusan Posted October 17, 2020 Share #13 Posted October 17, 2020 There’s a bit of verbal irony in attending “camp wisdom” wearing a niche outfit. Not to detract from the joy of Scouting.

Not to detract from the joy of Scouting. Camp wisdom is named after “Daddy”Wisdom who was a farmer who allowed the scouts to camp on his property. One morning he heard them doing a scouts own service in the woods and he was so impressed that he donated all of his land to the Boy Scouts. He lived on site at the camp until he passed. The purpose of the niche uniform is unity and identity. It erases all class distinction barriers we are all dressed the same so we are all equal
