Pork chops

I sear them in a cast iron pan & finish in the oven.  I just use S&P and a bit of nutmeg for seasoning.  The key is not to overcook them.

Pork chops are probably my favorite cut of meat and I like them simply cooked.  I sometimes slice some apples and cook them in butter with a little brown sugar & salt until soft & serve with the chops.

You lost me at Tabasco sauce. But the other stuff sure sounds good!
